The 4 horseshoes is the only cask ale pub in the village, but what the village lacks in volume the pub helps it make it up in character. A full refurbishment took place in 2014 giving the pub an inviting feel, along with a team of bar staff that make you feel right at home.

Performed as part of the Lockfest Beer festival. After the success of the inaugural LockFest in 2022, the festival returned in 2023 on the weekend of July 7th – 9th with 40+ beers from around the UK plus entertainment from 11 bands across the weekend.
The three day festival took place at Lockwood Park, home of Huddersfield RUFC and around 4000+ attendees attended over the weekend.
The newly refurbished Indiependence venue welcomed a performance as part of their Festival of New Music. Indiependence is a legendary live music venue and nightclub since 2009, hosting previous performances from Twisted Wheel, Buzzcocks, Ocean Colour Scene, The Lathums, Catfish and the Bottlemen and many more.
